Day 01 : Arrival Day
We come to receive you at the airport, check into a 3 star Hotel rest day, and briefing of the program. – Evening meditation program.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Exploration – B
Morning Yoga class and after breakfast Leave for sightseeing.
Swoyambhunath – The oldest Buddhist Stupa in Kathmandu Valley, a beautiful abode for lots of monkeys thus also known as Monkey Temple, is also a perfect vantage point to see Kathmandu valley.
Pashupatinath- A holy pilgrimage for Hindus and Hindu Crematorium, watch as the Hindu dead bodies are cremated in the most unique way in the world; we come across men with ash rubbed body, matted locks and dreaded look which is typical look of a Hindu Holy Men known as Sadhus.
Boudhanath- the biggest Buddhist temple in the world; a site for Tibetan Buddhism where we can visit monasteries, watch the Holy Monks busy in their chanting ritual going around the temple.
Day 03 : Kathmandu to Chisapani (2194m) – B, L, D
Morning Yoga class and after breakfast around 8 AM and drive to Sundarijal and we start our trek to Chisopani (2194m). It takes about four – five hours to reach. Chisapani is a view point of sunrise and sunset, if it is clear 12 peaks you can see from here. The Ganesh Himal and Langtang region can also be seen from this point. Besides, we would explore tribal culture and mountain lifestyle. Overnight at Chisapani.

Day 04 : Chisapani to Nagarkot (2175 m.) – B/L/D
Today we trek from Chisapani to Nagarkot (2175m.). Nagarkot offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan Mountains, quality accommodation, and high standards of service. In close proximity to Kathmandu city – a mere one hour drive from the city and just half an hour from the airport is so near, yet so far away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Well known as a place to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, Nagarkot is much more. Besides the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. Nagarkot is also a place to acclimatize for high altitude adventurers. It is a place to listen to the sounds of silence for philosophers and for honeymooners, a setting to romance with nature. No doubt, Nagarkot is a place to relax your mind and body, be in touch with the beauty of nature, experience Nepal and escape the hectic demands of city life.
Day 05 : Nagarkot – Nepal Yoga Retreat – B/L/D
We will awake early to watch the spectacular dawn. Having viewed the sunrise, we take breakfast at the resort trek down Nepal Yoga retreat. We can see an impressive vista of the snowy central Himalayas
making a backdrop to the gentle hills. we will stay at the Yoga retreat and enjoy the spectacular views. – Meditation class.
Day 06 : Yoga Retreat – Kathmandu – B/L/D
Morning Yoga class and after breakfast Leave for Kathmandu and stay at a Nepali family run Home Stay.
Learn to cook Nepali cuisines.
Day 07 : Departure Day – B
Transfer to airport for your departure flight.
